Excellent. No regrets.
This pillow is awesome. I've used it for two weeks now wondering if it would lose it's firmness, but it's been perfect. I'm a side and stomach sleeper and I really don't think I've ever slept better. I don't wake up randomly in the middle of the night like I use to, and I can tell I go into a deeper sleep faster. I was worried that the pillow would be too thin from some of the reviews, but I haven't experienced that at all. The pillow has the "valley" in the middle for your head and the two thicker sides at the top and bottom. One side is thicker than the other, so it make the pillow perfect for different ergonomics of people's neck/head shapes. If one side is too thick for your neck, you can spin the pillow around and use the thinner side. But really, I was hesitant to try this pillow since I've tried one other one similar, but I have no regrets at all with this thing. I sleep so good now. It's actually harder to get out of bed than it usually was, and I don't know how that's possible.

A pillow for your thoughts!
I have personally never used one of these pillows before but I have mistakenly plopped my head down on one my wife has - once. Like a brick! But this is a nice firm formed pillow that you can turn and use in a bunch of different sleeping positions. I have been stuck with a sciatic nerve pinch for the last several months which only allowed me right side sleeping. My problem, and the reason I bought this pillow, is because lying on my right side all night made my right shoulder hurt. With this pillow, my head is in the right position and the shoulder problem is gone. Nice fabric on this pillow too. Even though I use a pillow case on it, it still feels great.

Too small, I should've spent more to get a size that is actually comfortable.
I bought the less expensive pillow for side-sleepers, I guess the dimensions are smaller. I should've gone for the bigger one. The memory foam itself is comfortable, there's just not enough of it, it doesn't support my head and neck well enough. And I have a small head. Maybe it's ok for stomach-sleepers, as you don't want your head to be on an incline. But when I sleep on my side with this pillow, my neck ends up hurting for a couple days. Maybe it would be good for a child...

Rested Like Never Before...
I am very particular about my pillows and the way I use them because of a severe neck problem. When I first received them, I was very disappointed in how soft they were. Nevertheless, I prepared them for the nights sleep. I SLEPT LIKE A BABY! They are not too soft! They are not hard...they are just right! After 3 night of sleep on them, I feel rested like never before...or at least for a number of years. You will never get these back! Great pillows at a great price!

Hello back pain.
This pillow is average, at best. I've used a memory foam pillow for about 10 years now, and this one is way, way too firm. If it was a little bit thinner, then the firmness might work, but being as thick as it is, I don't know how anyone could be comfortable using it. My back was killing me after using this for 2 days, and when I switched back to my old pillow, my back was all better again. It might work for you, but just wasn't right for me.

What gives with these multi-star reviews? This pillow is very undersized and very flat. What a disappointment. The only good feature was that it had a zip off, washable cover. If you think you sleeping on a pancake would be fun then this is the pillow for you. Otherwise forget it. This is the first item I have returned. Guess I need to feel and see a pillow before purchasing.

It's very comfortable but small. It's smaller than my regular standard size pillows. I purchased it for my wife and she said it was too small for her, she had to put it on top of another regular pillow. We gave it to my 7 year old and he loves it. I will probably buy a king size and see if that is equal to our normal standard size pillows.

I bought this because I get a lot of neck and shoulder pain - unfortunately it actually made it worse. The pillow looks really small and when you put a standard pillow case on it, it looks even tinier. However, it's still a little too high for a back sleeper and didn't squish down enough.
