We have these in a large vase with tall dried flowers in ..placed at the top of our stairs on the landing they give out a good light which obviously dims as battery’s need replacing ..they are well priced ..batterys cost nearly as much and they look mighty fine

Very Pretty BUT!!!!!
Bought 2 x 40’s to add to our stair garlands. I was so happy as they looked absolutely lovely but unfortunately after a couple of hours they really dimmed. We didn’t replace the batteries but it was a bit disappointing! Now, to decide whether to buy the same but mains rather than battery & possibly see the wires trailing to powerpoints or use & have same prob next year???

Poor Battery Life
We use these for a garland decoration and they're quite good when first switched on but after only 3 hours the lights fade to a glow and thats when using 3 fully charged AA batteries. so, unless you're happy to continually recharge the batteries or replace them with new then these lights aren't worth having.
