Finally makes my homemade vegan burgers so much easier!
I make all my own vegan burger patties from scratch, and before this press it was a nightmare — shaping everything by hand took forever and the patties always came out uneven. This thing changed the game completely. Now I get perfectly shaped, consistent patties every single time in seconds. The sizes are just right, the quality feels solid and durable, and cleanup is easy. If you make homemade burgers — vegan or not — this is absolutely worth it. Can’t imagine going back to doing it by hand.

Makes perfect burgers everytime.
I bought this burger press and it has made making homemade burgers so much easier. It helps create evenly sized patties that cook more consistently, and it gives the burgers a nice uniform shape. I like that it saves time when making multiple burgers for the family, especially when grilling or meal prepping. The patties come out looking much better than trying to shape them by hand, and the press is simple to use. The only thing I recommend is lightly greasing the press or using parchment/wax paper if needed to help the meat release easily. Overall, this is a handy kitchen tool for anyone who enjoys making homemade burgers.

Making burger patty an easier job
This patty maker has the same diameter as regular-size hamburger buns. It is made of plastics which have both pros and cons. The good thing is it is light-weight and easy to clean. The bad thing is it is somewhat flimsy and the black paint may come off after constant use and wash. However, it makes perfect shape of patties. It is easy to use and easy to remove. It also comes with sticky papers. It is a good entry level for making burgers. For more uses, I will upgrade to a stainless steel one.

Nice 3 in 1 gadget
Nice 3 in 1 for price. Easy to use once I experimented while using it. Once comfortable everything came out superb. For the stickiness if you have that problem spray it with some cooking spray before use. Extra special, it came with round wax papers to separate the hamburgers. The fit was decent. My hamburgers came out nice and filling. What you might want to do before just putting the meat in, is to make the ground beef into a meatball, then press. I would go for it. Can't be the price.

Versatile Easy to Use Patty Press
I've used this regularly for 3 years and I'm very happy with the attention to detail in creating this patty press. The removable bottom makes it very easy to remove the pressed patty as well as allows for easy cleaning (and it's dishwasher safe). The convenient nestable design allows for storage in a limited space while supporting full size and mini patties as well as a way to easily make stuffed burgers. I have used this to quickly make uniform crab cakes (with the mini press) as well as sausage patties. I think the material is reasonably non-stick, however, meat with a high fat content (such as Wagyu ground beef or fine ground sausage) tends to stick a bit. This is merely a minor inconvenience and does not detract from the usefulness of the press. This is a must-have in any kitchen.

Read before you buy
I am not going to slam this product I think it is great for what it is. I read the reviews prior to my purchase and some are correct about the burger sticking to the top press bla, bla, bla. Have to be smarter than the equipment you operate that's all, a slight twist to break the suction as you remove and all is good. Admittedly, when first viewing and the thoughts was "wow onions that soften, spices that blend into the meat, and in my mind the possibilities were mouth watering!" My thoughts and hopes were different than reality. I worked out the meat 1/2 cup with 1/3 cup for the top. In my mind I was going to be able to put onion, and cheese, and whatever. Reality is you only have 1/4 inch high and maybe 1.25 diameter. Maybe if you are able to dry and ground but reality is one maybe 2-items unless like I said it is a seasoning then different quantities for real. Then you have the issue of the top separating while cooking and becomes messy especially if you have cheese for the center ingredient. The two parts just don't meld like you think that they would. I thought possibly wrapping in foil would help until they cooked some, bought a grill mat nothing helped. Grill mat helped in that it kept the cheese from dripping into the burners not much more. Cooking is another consideration, taking me about 4 episodes to get it right the first time and getting the meat cooked all the way through. First run was enough to stop eating any meat when the blood filled your mouth. Best solution I have made is chard each side and the mat for about 45-60 minutes then it is done. Lastly, prepare for lock jaw attempting to eat it, another point I negated to think about. The burger itself is about 5-inches diameter fine, but it is 1.5 inches thick before the bun and up to 4-inches with the bun adding bacon, tomato and lettuce. I tried cutting and whatnot and after multiple to finally get it in one shot, I have given up. So unless you can deep throat a door knob I suggest sticking to burger patties and layered possibly.

Works as advertised
Making patties is a breeze with this thing. Totally unnecessary, but I enjoy having it.

Makes great patties
Hamburger Press Patty Maker I have been making my patties for years using my hands. Recently I realized that by doing this I was making concave burgers, which means the edges cook faster than the center part. So I decided to try a patty press. I am so glad I did. This particular press makes consistently symmetric patties that cook evenly. I have used it several times now having made many burgers and each one was near perfect. My stack of burgers for a recent party looked very professional and cooked terrifically. Some very nice things about this kit. There are two presses one for “normal” larger sized burgers and one for smaller burgers. All the parts stack into each others for easy storage. The kit comes with circular pieces of parchment paper for the larger sized burgers. There are none for the smaller burgers. The parchment papers works very well to easily separate stacked burgers. This even works if the burgers are prepared in advance and then frozen. Pulling one burger off the stack was smooth and did not damage the burger. The press works pretty well. I weighed the amount of meat I wanted for a burger, placed it in the press on top of a piece of round parchment paper, pushed the press down and generally made a nice symmetric burger. The process isn’t perfect. A lump of meat placed in the middle of the press might not press down perfectly symmetric. I found that pre-pressing the meat by hand made for a better patty. Some people might say that this is extra work, so why use the press? For me at least, getting a symmetric patty is the important part. I guess if I was a perfect hand patty maker, that would be faster, but I am not and I really like what I do get. One other minor issue was that if you press too hard, some of the meat might squeeze around the press. Not a major issue and the one or two that came out that way still cooked very well. Clean up is very good. The press is made up of four separate pieces. When done with making patties, I just separated all the pieces and cleaned them in the sink. I don’t think the material the press is made up is dishwasher safe. But I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher even if it was. Overall, I really liked this press. I would recommend it to friends and actually look forward to using it again.

Great!
This is a great product. It makes burgers a consistent size. The second smaller one is nice for when you don't have quite enough meat for another patty, or if you want a second burger and just aren't as hungry. The material feels solid, it came with parchment paper so you can make patties in advance. So far they seem to stick less than hamburgers bought at the store, it's hard to say if that will change if they're in the freezer for more than a week or two.
