Where has this been all my life? I could have used it a hundred times over the last 20 years. Discovered it during a Christmas lightning sale and jumped on it (pun intended). A week later I headed out for an appointment and my car was dead. Didn’t realize I’d left an overhead light on overnight. Grabbed my JumpTop, read the directions 8 times (afraid of blowing up my car), and went for it. Started my car in a second, what a relief! Great quality, reliable, compact, easy to use, hold it’s charge a long time.

We purchased this Jump pack as a back up for my mother's car as she tends to have bad luck with needing a jump. This pack is so easy to use. We have used it to jump her car where it worked quickly and very nicely. We have also used it many time as a battery pack for cell phones when on the go. It will be great in a power outage to use.

When I bought it I thought, this probably won't work when I need it but today it got my car started immediately. Battery was DOA and this had been in my trunk for months; followed the simple instructions and my Mazda 3 started on the first try. Still show a 90% charge. I have AAA but would have had to wait hours on a holiday weekend for a jump start; this got me up and running immediately and I could get the battery replaced before the parts store closed. Highly recommend.

The day after I received the unit, my wife's 2018 Escape had a dead battery from a CB radio and not being used in 5 days or so. I had fully charged the JUMTOP the day before so it was a great chance to try it out in a real life situation. I do a lot of my own mechanic work and have used the wet cell type of boosters for many years now. I was surprised how fast the car started. The battery was around 8 volts or so according the the meter on the JUMTOP. After starting the car the meter on the JUMTOP stated it only had 4% power left, I am not familiar with these kinds of boosters, but I was under the impression you can make a few start before recharging the unit. Anyway I recharged the unit back to 100% in short time. I am very happy with the unit so far and may buy a few more to put in the other vehicles. I live on a farm and can see a lot of uses for this neat little booster. The light and USB connectors are a great addition as well

Very handy. I travel with it for emergency use. I use this for my two cars and lawn tractor too. TIP: after making connection and powering device on, don't delay in attempting to start you equipment. I have found there is a "timeout" period where the device will power off. This is short and possibly only about 15 seconds

This product is awesome! Whomever says it doesn't work mist have gotten a faulty one because ours worked great! My Husband's work truck has issues and sometimes dies after he drives it long distances, so when he found this and bought it, it hasn't failed us yet! It was a tad confusing to use at first and we both thought we also got a faulty one, BUT to our amazement he figured it out and it started his truck! I'd say this product is a MUST HAVE for everyone! Now he won't have to annoy strangers in parking lots to help him jump start his truck 😂 Especially with the Rona going on this year people have turned him down. And left him stuck (Assholes 😏) I will be buying another one for my SUV so I won't get stuck when I'm hauling my children around!

I bought this in July and had to use for the first time and it was a failure and of course it was outside of the return window. I traced it to the cable that is the problem. When I hooked a volt meter to the battery I get 16 volts but when I attach the cables and connect to the volt meter it fluctuates between just above 0 to almost 15 volts. I sent a message to the seller and have not gotten a response and they are located in china so don't see getting a replacement. I did buy new cables from another company that the matched the connections and the replacement cable works perfectly. Just glad it was not the battery but the cable which did cost me another $11. My return window was closed so buying a new cable saved me from it being a paper weight. I suggest checking voltage when you get it to avoid my situation and get it replace within the return window.

Bought this JUMTOP Portable Car Jump Starter a few days ago. Used it this weekend on my old Honda Civic, which has issues with the battery dying when leaving it sitting in the garage too long (2-3 weeks). It worked flawlessly the first time. Very easy to use and you can't mess up when connecting the cable to the JUMTOP since there's only one way to fit it into the socket. I really like the LED display.
