Are you like me? Back hurts so bad that you just want to scream? It's really nothing to joke about. I had an old heating pad...I thought it worked perfectly except for the fact that it "bunched" up in its cover & it was like fighting with yourself to get it back into shape after its cooled off. I decided to go for a new heating pad. Now I'm from the generation that "more is better" but that is not always true. My doctor had a long talk with me as to why burning hot heating pads do not help my poor back (I will spare you the gruesome details) I got this & its been a love affair from the beginning. Most importantly, it doesn't "bunch"! It also doesn't get as hot as you may wish it to but as my physician scolded me...it gets as hot as it should to help the aches & pains. Yes, there is such a thing as too hot. I like the automatic shut off the best. I didn't need a heating pad as much as I was using it, especially if I fall asleep. I find this one to be just right...a little extra room so I don't have to spend minutes getting it just right on my back...its light enough & shaped just right if I'd like to use it for a sore shoulder & its work out great & its soft on both sides so there is no wrong way. Need a new heating pad? This could be it.

I bought this and was impressed with the appearance of the product. Nice cover, soft, large, excellent connections and long cord. The only problem is that even on the high setting it barely got warm, even after an hour. I was asked about how I like the product by SNK and told them that it won't heat, so they immediately refunded my cost of the product. (Excellent customer service) SNK also sent a replacement which heated to 135 degrees on high after an hour to one and one half hour. I am satisfied with the product and the supplier SNK.

At first I did not like the four hour limit on the timer. But I get up every couple of hours anyway to pass water. This makes it hard to keep the blanket flat. I wanted it to be really warm to help with aches and pains and help me relax for sleep so I mostly used it on high. On the occasions that it seemed hot in spots I would move it. I noticed that a burn blister turned up on my belly but it took a week and another blister for me to figure out that it was the blanket that caused it. I don't blame the manufacturer. I don't want them to make the blanket so it doesn't get hot. Just use it with caution. I won't be using it until my burns heal and will stop using the highest setting. I found that the cord would get badly twisted from taking it on and off in the night, occasionally setting off the error code but unplugging and untwisting it would reset the code. The cord is difficult to untwist taking on a permanent twist.

Love this product. It is thin, not bulky and covers a large area. It also has a long extension. I got it for back pain and its instant relief. Heats up pretty fast and turns off automatically. Great price for the value. I looked at them at CVS first and for the same price as Amazon, it was a little washcloth size that barely covered the size of my knee. Glad I waited and extra day for this one to arrive.

I purchased this for my boyfriend to help alleviate his hip pain. It is honestly his go to at night, as he is awaiting surgery. He is a 6'3 so I was looking for a larger sized heating pad, and this is it!!!! Its soft, wide, and will lay over not only his hip but back also. It has a low, medium and high setting and each feels how I would expect it. I am extremely pleased with this purchase, definately a deal for the price, and if anyone I know needs a heating pad, this will be the one I would purchase again!!

My baby boy loves to be warm. He sleeps with this every night! I love that it has so many settings!

Soft on both sides and stays warm. Love it

works fine so far but have noticed it cycles off sooner than the two hours stated which is a bit inconvenient.
