I got this in the last week and glad I did since it looks like it's backordered now. It is pure oregano oil so must be diluted. If you drip this directly in your mouth it can burn the skin off your tongue and the roof of your mouth, seriously. But if you are careful with it and the bulb does not dissolve and ruin the oil, it will last a really long time.Although I have used oregano oil extensively in the past, I had never heard of this brand. I mostly just used Now Oregano Oil caps, which are also excellent and don't need to be mixed in water. I stopped using ones like North American Herb Co liquid since they come in a bottle with a rubber bulb dropper, and once you get a small amount of oregano oil on the rubber bulb, it dissolves. So I started using caps. But then I started getting cramps when taking oregano oil caps, probably due to the sudden release of so much of it in my stomach once the cap dissolved. So, back to liquid.I got this Zane brand since I thought it might come with an essential oil style insert dropper since I did not see a rubber bulb dropper in the pictures. I was wrong, and am disappointed. But because of this, I happened upon an excellent quality oregano oil which I now see being recommended a lot. I mix 3 drops of this in a sacrificial quart nalgene bottle with a tiny amount of lecithin (to keep the oil dissolved and not floating on top to cause a surprise lip burn) and a couple other supplements and fill with filtered water, and drink a quart a day as a preventative. I say sacrificial nalgene bottle since it will never be able to be used for anything else since the smell of oregano will never dissipate. If I were using this mixture to fight off an active bug, I would use 6 drops of oregano oil per quart of water. I have also tried this oregano oil mixed 1:10 with olive oil (1 drop to 10 drops olive oil) and it is mild enough to be able to hold it in the mouth.

I have purchased Zane hellas oregano oil for years directly from their website and the product black twist cap ALWAYS is secure and you have to twist it to break the seal, this is the second time I tried this company and got watered down product with the seal broken, Zane hellas original product is the color of weak tea and very strong, this is watered down because it is white, not strong at all and the seal broken, The first time, I thought maybe it was a one time error but this seems to be their way of doing business. The reason I purchased from here is due to US sanctions on other countries its hard for them to sell us products without a shipping cost higher than the product, I am reaching out to other vendors away from Amazon, I tried zanehellas.com but the US selection is no longer there, so I'm guessing they are stretching the product, buyers that don't know the quality will give good reviews but if you are paying for top quality you should get it. I'm shipping this crap back and on top of that, they are charging more than Zane Hellas. I HOPE YOU LISTEN TO ME AND REPORT THEM, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP.

This is a potent high quality oil. I believe it to be the best on the market and have bought it repeatedly. I dilute it to a mere 10% in good olive oil and it works very well. Oregano oil is not something to be treated without respect. Don't be foolish and think you can use it without being careful.

These folks know their oil! They are right, Greece’s oil is superior. See pamphlet. In fact , the Bragg’s apple cider vinegar company, the best vinegar on the planet, uses oil from Greece, in there olive oil. If you have thrush, the white stuff on your tongue, or ear troubles, water in ear, etc, this will kill the fungus. It’s in a nice package too, they even enclosed a packet of oregano. Great job!

Not easy to swallow only because flavor wise, its VERY potent but that's because its the good stuff! During winter seasons, cant do without it. During covid, I swear this stuff is carrying me through as I've had few symptoms and whenever I take this stuff, the systems subside. Subtle Fever and after I had this, was normal temperature next morning. During covid pandemic instead of taking 4 drops once per day, I've been taking 6drops in bottled water and sipping throughout day as I do not like the flavor but do it only for the benefit twice per day, morning and at night before bed. I add it to full bottled water in morning but add it to two ounces of water at bedtime. In addition to drinking breathe easy tea by traditional medicinals, taking Lyposomal vitamin C, organic bone broth soup, fresh ginger and lemon juice with hot water for boosting immunity and reducing inflammation, taking chlorophyll capsules, multivitamin with zinc, green teas etc. Drinking teas several times per day, 3to 4 times per day has also proven helpful but I wholeheartedly am a big believer in oregano oil and ONLY use Zane Hellas brand. Sometimes I even get complimentary oregano herb packet and usually look forward to that. The only negative is that it is strong and potent but I know it works because of that. If your stomach cannot tolerate it, take it AFTER having a meal. Find that it also reduces bacteria in mouth, dont wake up with morning breath because I drink some right before bedtime. It's so strong that sometimes I have a gag reflex but again because of its potency but NEVER throw up because of it. Everyone is different so maybe start with 1 drop in 2 ozs of water and drink it right away because I find the longer it sits after you have added it to water , it gets more potent. I find it's good for food poisoning, keeps me well during flu season, good for allergies, asthma, helps with psoriasis etc. So MANY more uses.One more thing, my sense of smell was acting up during this covid season and along with other subtle symptoms but I reordered more oregano oil and took, my sinuses were restored. Every symptoms subsided. I know this is keeping me. Twice per day is what especially works for me. Sorry about rambling on but I'm CONVINCED this stuff works, because it has for me and my inner circle have also been given this too with much success. We all swear by it. During covid, I now buy 2 at a time. A little goes a long way. I find that the tincture works better and last longer than the capsules though if you dread the potent taste maybe take the capsule. For me, I usually take one capsule twice per day during a flu season bit switched back to the liquid form(tincture). Dont LOVE it but as my Mom would say, it's not what you like, its WHAT'S GOOD for you. Makes sense. Stay safe everyone. Stay mentally strong.

I didn't read reviews until I ordered and received this oil. I also found it to be pale, and the cap didn't seem to be secure enough on first opening. I am now having to source and re order another brand. I'll do my research first this time.
