My husband works in oil, gas, water field. The hard hats get heavy feeling and so he decided to try this product. He loves it. It fits snuggly into his ball cap. He said he barely noticed it's there, but yet it does the job on his hardhat.

These two are the third and fourth that I have purchased. I’m giving one to a friend and using the other in my basement for when I’m working in tight places. This will make three that I keep in places where I might be working on something that could bang my head. They work great!!

Bump caps are required at work. These are trimmable to fit most ball caps without stretching them out. These also have more air holes in them than most other brands. They are strong, but lightweight. These are a great option if you need bump caps

Works great. Fits in a ball cap perfect. However, it is very hot even in the winter. Can’t imagine using this during the summer months.

I am a heavy duty tow truck operator. So as you can imagine, I am constantly crawling underneath both commercial vehicles and regular autos. The number of times that I bumped, my head is notable, but ever since I put these inserts into my work hats, things have gotten much better. I’m still hitting my head on things on the undercarriage of vehicles, however, it is not hurting me anymore. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a rated hardhat however, it certainly saves you an awful lot of bumps cuts and swearing if you’re hitting your head on inanimate objects.

First off it keeps your hat in shape, second it really does help, not OSHA approved head gear but it sure does help with the bumps on the head, really can't tell (or see)that you are wearing it. It isn't going to protect your pumpkin like a hard hat but for what it is, it works great

Nice and light, fits into the hat and can barely feel it. It’s not heavy duty but, it isn’t designed to replace a hard hat. I got them for work, but I threw the extra one in my golf hat, I don’t even look when I hit in the next fairway anymore. Yell “FORE!” All you want I’m not looking up.

Nutze das Inlay primär als Sonnenschutz in der Schrim-Mütze beim Wandern, Trailrunning - perfekt. Die letzten Jahre hatte ich mehr und mehr mit der Hitze beim Sport am Kopf zu kämpfen. Einmal konnte ich zu einem Trailrunning Event nicht antreten, weil ich die Tage davor zu viel Sonne abbekommen habe. Nun war ich einige Stunden auf Gran Canaria bei hoher starker Sonneneinstrahlung, UV Strahlung in den Bergen und fühle mich damit sehr gut. Fühlte mich nach langen Tagen in der Sonne während dem Urlaub auf der Insel kopftechnisch sehr wohl. Kein zusätzliches schwitzen unter der Schirmmütze - für mich eine gute Lösung.
