My review is solely based on receiving my order on time, taste, easey to swallow and value for my money. I literally only took ONE capsule this morning.Received my order this morning as expected. We'll packaged and sealed properly.I am someone that has difficulty swallowing pills. Which I'm glad it's a capsule and not chalk pills lol. It's also a great size that make it easier to swallow.Great price for 200 capsules and with a higher MG.I've read a few reviews claiming it makes them sick. Well please take the time to READ the directions.It clearly states: Start with one capsule daily and work your way up to 4 capsules. It also states to take them with food and drink plenty of water.As I stated I just started today. I took one with breakfast and drank plenty of water and I feel fine. No taste but it does smell like a straight shot of ACV lol 😆I will update my review on results later down the road. This was recommended to me by someone that has type 2 diabetes and he is doing amazingly well. Lost weight, lower blood sugar, curves appetite.It's not for everyone. I've learned that you can't always go by reviews. Everyone is different and everyones body reacts differently. Spending 12 bucks is not gonna hurt to try.
