Worked as it should. Sprayed on mold waited a few minutes and came back and mold was killed and gone off the area I sprayed. Strong smell when spraying so definitely wear PPE. Also it did not leave any stains on the wood I sprayed it on, but test spray a small area if you are concerned. Will buy product again if needed.

I have encountered and addressed mold issues many times in the past and tried different products. I was confronted with a rather bad tile a tub. I initially tried a recommended product that was described as safe and effective, low fumes. Did not work on this project. Used the RMR-86 and results were fast and amazing. Grout was essentially restored to acceptable whiteness and just used paper towels to wipe out tub, no scrubbing. I will follow up with detailing rest of bathroom but worst was done quickly and effortlessly. Must use appropriate safety precautions and adequate ventilation.

Amazing works without scrubbing. Spray on, wait, mold is gone! I had a pair of Vevor balloon wheels under a tarp for several months. I scrubbed with a known cleaner which did little. This was sprayed on and in five minutes clean as new. Pictures to come.

It is a great stain and mildew removing product however in transit the jug got damaged and had a nasty leak. ruined the boxes and I lost much of the product. When I tried to report it they wanted me to ship it back to them. Here's my question... If they can't ship it to me without it getting a leak how am I supposed to send it back with no box and have it not leak more? Whatever... I am just keeping the 12 ounces there is left in the jug and moving on with my life. The product is amazing and I love it. Don't breathe in the fumes, it is strong. I will purchase again and hope they package it better next time.

The item worked as advertised. It was the best item we've used so far to clean mold and mildew on our patio pavers. As it has been a few years and it was quite bad, 1 gallon only cleaned a portion of the job. We also found that we needed to go over the area with a light spray and did brush the surface with a firm scrub broom. For future cleaning, if not allowed to get so bad, it would clearly not need as much effort. I will be purchasing more of this product as it really does work well. My only complaint was not with delivery but with the packaging. While the gallon does have a seal, it doesn't hold the contents well and it leaked in transport. The box the rmr 86 product is in has arrows and is clearly marked as to which was up. The Amazon warehouse placed the box containing the 1 gallon jug on its side into another box along with other items I ordered. There was a sticker on the outside indicating a liquid was in the larger box but no directional indication. The product leaked. Ate through the inner box and was starting to soak the outer. Thankfully nothing was ruined

I own a disaster restoration company for many years and our firm does mold and water damage jobs on a weekly basis. Having tried most products out there , hands down I can say that RMR 86 Pro is the most effective mold cleaning and staining remover out there. We now use this on all of our jobs, and have increased our success rate on passing. Its works especially well when there are heavy amounts of mold that have been there long term. You must use PPE ( full face mask with organic and bleach capability, heavy duty gloves, and Tyvek suits). Also need AFD/Negative air inside your airtight containments.

I was skeptical about how well this would work, but my brother-in-law suggested it. I had 3 tombstones at one site and sprayed them with it. By the time I ended up spraying the 3rd one, you could already see the difference on the 1st one I did. It won't get off that tough lichen... but it removed a LOT of the crude without scrubbing OR rinsing.

So I think it’s a pretty good product for removing algae on surfaces outside like the sidewalk, rocks, or driveway. It def. works, I would say give it a full minute on surfaces such as the ones I listed vs 10 seconds. I read other reviews that said the product works in seconds which wasn’t my experience. Now on to removing mold. Well that’s why I gave it a 3 dow it lift the mold yes, but my experience has not been that it totally removes it. I have applied several applications to a wooden cabinet and it has lifted the mold in certain spots, other parts are still black, and it def. chipped the wood. I’ve applied the product at least ten times in one day. I let it sit the first time for probably a hour and then after that I reapplied every 40min-1hr. It also has a bleach smell but not as strong as other customers have written. I would recommend wearing goggles as the fumes did cause my eyes to sting a little but I wouldn’t describe what I experienced as burning. Gloves and old clothes were recommended as well from other reviews which I too recommend, and old clothes. I wouldn’t purchase again but I’m not upset at my purchase bc I do plan on using it outside again but I don’t think it’s going to completely remove the stain, even after scrubbing it.
