I only have it a 4 because 1 of them was hood, the other one doesn’t ratchet correctly. It’s loose and won’t stay in pisition.

Hope this helps!I bought two flashtlight handlebar holder in other known site, and was more better the construction compare of this two from Amazon.At first amazon pair look much better in term of size, and design. They all have the same problem get fit right were you want it.Now, I will center in the pair buy from Amazon.They came looks good, fast shipping, fair packaging.1. Make sure to mesure the diameter size of your handler bar, before buy it. The description dooesn't mentiom the diameter of the product. If you have a handler bar less than 1", will not fix. Maybe using something like and extra rubber pad or other kind of adapter.2.Hard to fit right in to its place. The screws have little gap for grap it, make it harder to twist and tie it up. There is no way to use a screw driver, and using it probably vent the plastic and damage the part. This screws apears to seems like the one it use in the know branded actions cameras, so I try to use a tool to tie it up. It Didn't work because of the size is too smaller for the tool. (adding a mouting tool or allen screw will make it more easier).3. Put in the flashlight is another challenge. It has a rubber pad to hold on the flashlight right in place. It constaly move when placing the flashlight toward the part. My flaslight was less than a inch in diameter, maybe can hold 1" flashlight with out the rubber pad. (with a fix to the part rubber pad, would be much easier).4.Thing get interesting. Now the flashlght is in place and everything is tie. "Not everything". It has a 360 degree rotation system that make it unstable, and constaly move "like a trucker baseball figure shaking head". Also consist in two part. The one attach to the handler bar and the one that goes the flaslight. Can be separate and slide back to it place. When you hear the click is ok. (Will be way better to have a fix part, rather than rotaitonal)5.At last all seem's ready to go unless want to make another adjustment tilting the part backward with the flaslight and "Now you see me and Now you ...). The adapter fall apart. Poor materials for the construction. Back again the rotation system and the pivot point badly design.*I leave a reference video and some image. I will contact Amazon to know how they can help me.*The measure display in the caliper are in "inch".

Cheap plastic that breaks

Ok all, great mount.Works perfect.Best flashlight is the tractor supply $5.99 unit.Perfect fit.

See photo, I installed the flashlight mount on my kids Razor scooters in a few minutes. The scooters have this T bar on the frame, and the left and right handles click into the center T bar. The bit of exposed metal on the handles were too small in diameter for the mount, and the part of the T bar was the right place with a small amount of stretch of the mount opening. Overall, no issue, looks good and works well.

This flashlight holder broken off instantly,luckily I was on the gravel trail,just a little scratches on my flashlight,Save yourself money and headache(DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS) they’re JUNK)

I have returned these because I was not happy these at very cheap no way to tighten them on the angle (just a roll pin holding together) the plastic is very thin walled and very flexible when on the bike flickering flashlight. My concern was it was going to break off and loose my expensive flashlight.
