Runs on batteries only but has an on/0
Quotes are very clear. Runs by batteries but there is an on/off switch to preserve battery. I do a lot of training with my dog that I have been teaching paw targeting. This is sensational in an aid to train my dog as well as being motivational to me.

Can be like fortune cookie
I use it for fortune telling like fortune cookies. I like to mull over the answers then to have a clear cut yes or no like the Magic 8 ball.

not motivational
the term “motivational” is not really the quotes that are on it. i was disappointed in that fact. if you are looking for up beat positive quotes do not buy this.....

Fun, Loud and Clear
This is a fun and accessible reset button for when you need a boost, are having a bad day, or just plain need a laugh..😂 A jolt of motivation, that's readily at hand. It has 2 volume levels which is cool and the messages are randomized so you never know what you're going to get. It's sort of Magic 8 Ball'esque, haha. Long story long, grab one!

Fun!
This was a stocking stuffer kind of gift at the holidays. I threw in some batteries and when it was opened, everyone was cracking up at it, but it didn't stop, everyone wanted to hear the next "words of wisdom". It is really a well thought out gift; the sayings are encouraging and useful.

over priced...
Half price would be closer to right.
