Size up. Straps loosen over time. *by A***E on June 10, 2018* The soles are quite thick and cushion impact well. The braided straps feel coarse but are comfortable. Unfortunately, you can’t just slip into them, but need to tug them onto your foot. Perhaps as a result, they stretched out a lot, and the sole now slips back and forth. I normally wear 8.5 M. Based on reviews, I ordered size 9. Shoes are a bit too large and the straps don't seem to align with my foot proportionally, so they aren't as comfortable as they could be. To be fair I've not had them long and have only worn them a handful of times,but it was enough to put me off them, so I usually reach for a different pair of shoes. I expected much better for the price and would definitely not order again.
