Cinnamon Roll Minute Muffin

Very easy to make. I add extra blueberries. Quick, easy for breakfast or lunch. Like that it has extra protein. I always check the top when I take it out of the microwave. If I see any moisture I just zap it for a few more seconds. Texture seems like a real muffin.

Decided to get this vs the cheaper not good for you ones. I already know that mug cakes can be baked in your toaster oven. I prefer my baked goods baked vs micro. Used a 1/4c water 350 for 23 min does the trick for me. Of course micros & ovens vary adjust according. These turned out very good. I had put extra raisins in. You can tell theres extra fiber the better for you stuff but it was still tasty. I like its not over sweet. I think ill get some cream cheese frosting for those naughtier days. Im not much of a morning person so these will help.

It’s hard to find a good quality protein that you don’t get tired of. That’s where the protein muffins come in. They are a tasty treat with protein and when you use either milk or oat milk, you can’t tell they are a healthy version of a muffin. We enjoy them when we want a treat and need the protein.

Well, microwave brownie should be renamed Microwave Chocolate Muffin, or simply Chocolate Mug Cake. This is stunningly easy and delicious though for a 60 seconds zap (made mine with the milk suggestion, not water). No funny oil or other off flavors that some brownes have, but this is a hot steamed protein cake. I had mine with a fork and a cup of coffee, for a high protein breakfast. You get a good portion, maybe 20+ hot steamy cake bites. Will enjoy and likely repurchase, but if you want a good brownie, head to Bob's Red Mill mix with melted butter.

These are great, my son‘s loves these, quick on the go. They get to school much quicker eating these and making these. They get their protein and they like to taste.

First one microwaved came out gooey, maybe used too much water. Also kind of tasteless. Next one used less water and baked in a small glass dish in my toaster oven. That was better but still did not puff up like a muffin and needed some icing or sweet sauce because it was bland. Next one baked in a 4” cake pan. This turned out best like a cake. Still too bland and needed frosting.
