How large are the corners?

Not too large, about 1.5 cm or less

How do you switch between the corner options? I thought it would just twist, but it's not.

You don’t have to twist it, you just put your corner in on the side you want to use. So basically each corner has its own entrance. Don’t worry took me a bit to figure it out also.

Will the Fiskars 3 in 1 corner punch work on fabrics like felt and leather?

I don’t think so. It was difficult to use with paper. Very hard to punch, I actually sent it back thinking it was broken. The company replaced it but it still is difficult to use
