I would have given a 5 star rating if they were easier for larger folks to get them on comfortably.When you are 335 lbs and shaped larger on the bottom, it is hard to pull things up the back of your leg and with severe hand pain it is impossible. So I recommend going up a size or 2 which is what I did. Look at the individual photos because a few pairs have even larger sizes up to 7xl. YES I said a 7xl.I have been looking for something like this for a really long time. Everything the doctor recommended or I tried on my own did not work and cut into my leg in the back and thigh, well everywhere and really hurt. I have SEVERE bone on bone arthritis and Lupus so my leg pain is really bad most days but I am not eligible for surgery because of my weight. I stand or can't move or walk without severe pain so I needed something. It is so hard to do anything and my quality of life is pretty much non existent.This is my 2nd pair. I ordered the first pair according to my measurements and I was a 4xl according to the size chart I was excited when they arrived and REALLY wanted them to work but my hands hurt so badly and I struggled getting them pulled up high enough and was able to so this proves they stretch well ... but because I just did not have the strength I could not adjust them correctly and they dug in as the back of my leg and my knee. It is harder when you are heavy to get all the creases out which really hurt so these were not going to work for me..So I returned the first pair and kept looking but kept coming back to these and wondering if I should just try the 5xl. It looked like the largest size was a 5xl but JUST SO YOU KNOW.. two or three of the colors go up to 7 XL so click and look at the size charts. If they were big they could at least keep my leg warm this winter so I knew I would keep them if I could get them pulled up.I won't know how well they work for a while but I received them today. Surprising to me......... I was able to get them on .... and pulled all the way up ...and this size is SUPER LONG and goes all the way up to where the sun doesn't shine. Since they are so long they also go over my foot so my toes just show. But that is an added bonus because my feet swell.I know the support probably is not as strong but this size was 5 inches larger in the calf and 2 inches larger in the thigh. So today I have been wearing ONE stocking on my worst leg to see if there is a difference and I have had it on for over 5 hours and they are REALLY COMFORTABLE. I thought this would dig into my thigh but the grip works really well at keeping them up and in place. Everything rolls down on me so if things roll on you try this.My only suggestion is for the company to create a separate style for larger folks or those with a disability so we can put them on easier. Maybe a pull on up and over the knee and a zip front top or something or a total zipper with skin protection flap ... I am sure there is a way. OH and on the colors that go up to 7xl maybe make that visible.Today I stood in the kitchen and made dinner (I rarely do this) and did not have to sit down every few minutes. I really hope these do the trick but I will not be returning these ... if these are not snug enough to help with the pain I will just use them when it is cold to keep my legs warm.

Ok. So I’m 5’10”. 260lbs. My upper thigh is 31 inches (loosely). I got these to replace the compression socks I got from the hospital after my hip replacement on Oct 18. Got them on now and they are very comfortable. Very close to the feeling of the ones from hospital. I have them covering my heels if my feet. The top goes to my crotch. So far they feel pretty good. Didn’t give 5 stars (or any in the workout area yet as I cannot so that yet), but if thee hold up , then I will be getting another pair.Please search for the right size. Use a measure tape to get size of ankle, upper and lower thigh. It does help. And search for a brand that fits the criteria you are looking for. The 3 or even 4 xl just seemed to odd. I got the xl and they are great. I’m a tall and bigger girl and again the 3 or 4 xl seemed to odd.Be well all!!!

I wore these all through the night. I had to adjust them a few times around my ankles and at my knee so they didn't pinch or cut off blood flow but I think this is overall a good product and helps with my thrombophlebitis. I bought an XL and I am 5'7 and 214 pounds and they felt comfortable or like a hug to your leg / calf.I gave them 4 stars because it takes some adjusting and my package arrived open. I am not sure why?

My husband was told to buy compression stockings by his doctor because he has Peripheral Vascular Disease. For several years, he has had a lot of swelling and leg pain. These stockings make a HUGE difference. They really help with both swelling and pain relief. It takes a little while to find a way to put them on and take them off easily, but it's worth the effort. I wash them in a lingerie bag and hang them to dry and they have held up very well. My husband a large and he is 6' tall and approx. 180lbs.

Wish had zipper but feel good onceon

I bought size L and they are nice, but by the afternoon they were falling down around my knees. I am 5'5" 180 lbs. I gave them to my husband who is 6'4" and 165 lbs and they fit him great and he thinks they will be good for running. I ordered a medium and will see how they work for me.

I have large thighs due to inflammation. It has been very difficult to find some to fit me. These fit perfectly. However be very careful. I pulled a hole in mine the first day I put them on. They still work perfectly for my needs. I'm definitely going to buy more.

Just updating. It's been about a week and half of owning these and I had to purchase another set. The durability of these is pretty amazing. I've had no snags. No tears or any type of damage. I wear them all day and throw in the wash, then hang dry. The real deal for me. Super grateful. My Physical therapist even commented on how nice they were. She asked if they were prescribed to me. Don't hesitate. Get them. They will bring relief and comfort...at least for my ACL reconstruction and Miniscus repair.Was hesitant to get these especially since the first delivery was the wrong package. So I know in the photos they look a little see through but I'm loving the way this cradles my whole leg. It doesn't feel see through at all. It feels quite durable. I just had ACL reconstruction surgery and a Bucket tear shaved from my cartledge. I have to keep my leg straight with an immobilizer, but sometimes I just want to wear some shorts so I decided to get these to wear under the immobilizer. I'm going to definitely buy another set. My leg feels so good right now. Thank you!

I used the measurements listed on the website and when I received them they were obviously too small. I know that because I bought a pair of a different brand and when I put them up against these they were significantly smaller. I was already wearing one of the different brand, which was perfect. Sent them back for refund. If you want to buy these then measure and go a couple of sizes up on what they recommend otherwise you probably won't be able to get them on.
