They come with wrinkles, but those eventually come out
UPDATE: Since I had no time to return these, nor shop for other gifts to present, I went ahead and gifted these to family members who didn't even notice the condition until I brought it up. Over a short time wearing them, the wrinkles are gone or barely noticeable. And... they were very happy with them. So I updated my review from 🌟 🌟 to 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 !BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2021:I purchased two of these hats for Uber drivers in the family, but won't be able to present them as gifts due to their unsightly appearance. So... I'm returning them. It's too bad because the quality isn't bad. It's not great, but good enough. However, the "condition" is bad.

Could be better
The hat itself is a ordinary hat decent quality but the Uber graphic is thin and flimsy and looks like it will come start coming off after a wash or two. I really expected better quality for the price.

Very short hat. Not like on the he picture.
The hat on the picture and the hat I received are two different types of hat. The one I received is small and very short at the top. Very ugly shape.

Nice looking but difficult to adjust!
I like the material and color, however the way you have to adjust the hat really sucks! Makes it difficult to adjust when worn daily. It’s a slide adjustment and the loose or extra string tucks inside hat lining.
