Great Product
Works great. When the switch for the driver side of our impala went out, it made life difficult because there are times you want to drive with the window down. My husband installed it and i love that it has the auto down function.

Never worked right
Passenger side never worked right had to push down and drivers side would stick on auto down until it broke altogether a couple weeks ago. Lasted about 2 months.

Installation
Just like the original factory window. Easy to install! Just snap out the control system with a flat head( no need to remove entire door panel ) and with a Phillips you’ll unscrew 4 screws and unplug two harnesses pop the old one off and pop the new one in and works just fine. Only thing that’s difficult is actually putting back the control system

Questionable Quality
The new switch for the driver window did not work the first several times I tried it. Then, it suddenly started working. The auto function is very stiff. If it fails I will not use switchdoctor replacement again.
