If you test your pool weekly the big bottle is the way to go

I didn’t really want to write a review, but Amazon insisted. This stuff is fine.

Great price. Only problem is that it's so big it doesn't fit in my test kit case!

I had to add 3-4 extra drops to get a readable pH. The solution without Chlorine Neutralizer works better for me. And I serviced pools for 8 years.

I purchased this this product as a refill for a test kit that I have. This product does not say how much pool water to mix it with. 5 drops mixed with the amount in my test kit is clearly not the correct ration. It would be really helpful if when asked how much water to mix this with, one could be given a specific answer. The suggestion to go buy a test kit is not a reasonable answer because I have a test kit! If you are going to sell something that says mix 5 drops with pool water, you should be able to say how much pool water.

I was running out of Lab Phenol red at 0.02% and this is an perfect find for anything with microbiology application. Like testing bacteria with different sugars with Phenol Red. Very cheap alternative.Nice find.
