Easy Installation
Great product and ready to go out of the package. All relatable portions of connection points matched perfectly and the struts came nicely packaged and quick to deliver (2 business days). When future mechanical demands are needed, I will look to 1A Auto to order/replace items. Also, the video was very helpful to verify that it was done correctly. I would suggest that the video could allow most people to perform the job and save hundreds!

Don’t buy it!
It’s a defective shocks! Don’t buy from this company. I had doubts and my doubts were right! Never recommending this brand to anyone! I bought shocks and the spring are spinning when I turn my steering wheel! I am scared to drive my car on the road! Paid about 350 for the shocks plus installation fee was 300 and alignment was 50! All waste of money.

frustrated
I have installed this brand before and have been satisfied. The bracket broke for the antisway bar before we even got it aligned. I thought about returning all the struts but the restock fee put an end to that. I am going to remove the struts and install kyb brand on the front. I just want to get a replacement strut for the left front and have the return shipping covered. Is that possible? the second frustration is poor communication by the supplier. When I asked a detailed question through the proper amazon channels, I got no response. Maybe this will work? Scott Cummings.

Defective parts
one of the strut springs were deflective had to be removed and returned. Shipping cost of $85 was not refuned

DO NOT, DO NOT buy this product, i order it, it took long time to get to me, amd when i came it was incomplete, only the 2 shocks from the back came in, i was so mad...DO NOT BUT THIS THING, DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Don't buy online. Buy from a local vendor so you can actually get reasonable customer support.
I bought the SKA85064 kit. The entire kit, shocks/struts. One of the first things I did was register the purchase on TRQ's website. I started having sounds like an old bed box spring from the front right strut. On Amazon, you can request a return but you have to return the entire set. I only want a replacement front right strut. I've tried finding contact info for the seller but their help section states contact the manufacturer. TRQ says contact the vendor. WTH
