For work we have the hand held mics but I always had trouble hearing my coworkers. Got this back in October I think and I’ve used it 6 days out of a week every week sense. My coworkers stated I sounded loud and clear with it. And I could hear them wonderfully. Buying a few more to have on hand as I work outside and get wires caught all the time. But overall I think it’s a great value for the price.

These tend to go out after a few months from tugging at the end by the radio clip. The cord wires brake from the end pushing down. It doesn't really matter wear the radio goes, you're going to be tugging on those wires during movement. But when they work, they work. The last one of the same model went a year, we'll see how long this one lasts.

They should stop selling this item. It’s defective since you can’t secure the acoustic earpiece on it. I lost the original earpiece after 1 day & had to buy a replacement already ($11 for 2) I decided to keep the item since i don’t want to waste any more time trying to look for a replacement, so i rigged the d@&$ thing.

I use this for work and I’ve had to order 2 in a 6 month span because it suddenly stopped working. This is the last time I’m getting this brand. If it does the same thing as it did the last time, I’ll have to switch to a different brand.

I bought this to use at work in a large, loud warehouse. The sound quality is great and have very little trouble hearing the radio.This is definitely well worth the money.

Headset came in quickly and was easy to setup and install to radio. Highly recommend this for anyone’s radio.

Could hear others transmitting but mic would not work. Tried several radios. Still did not function. Contacted company through Amazon yet no reply. Not impressed with lack of customer service or response.
