Solid. Holds on tight!
Used so far for a road trip from AZ to LA for my GoPro to take a Timelapse of the trip. He’s onto the windshield tight. No worries about grip at all with this little thing. Definitely happy with the purchase.

It Never Falls Off My Windshield
It just seems to not have the suction power of my RAM mounts, but yet it is always there, in the same spot on my windshield. Winter cold, Tucson heat, and South Carolina humidity do not seem to affect it at all.

Mine would not stay mounted/becomes unsuctioned.
I had high hopes for this, but ended up returning it. I mounted it to a flat surface (inside of a reptile tank.) The area of installation is not very humid and also not an area where this small/baby reptile access. The mount is not exposed to any type of harsh elements or conditions that should make it come loose. The camera also does not rotate: its a stationary Wyze v3. At some point over night, the mount became unsuctioned. I thought I made a mistake when installing it, so I attempted to remount it a couple of times, and still found issues with it staying mounted. I decided to return it and use a mount from a different company, which is working much better (and seems to be also be made out of slightly higher quality materials.)

Stays secure on aircraft wing at 150 mph
Have mounted on aircraft wing tip multiple times with GoPro and stays for duration of flight - usually under 2 hrs. Clean surface first and apply some moisture around edge of suction area. Is extremely solid.

Sturdy, well built and a fantastic suction cup mount!
Five stars all the way. I could not be happier with this suction mount. Have been looking for a mount for my GoPro to use on my motorcycle and airplane and just couldn’t find the official GoPro suction mount at a decent price. Did all the research and read the scary reviews. Took a chance on this one and I love it. Built tough, strong positive suction and a satisfying attach lever that really gives you peace of mind. This thing is awesome. I am definitely ordering a second.

Single cup suction works great in the airplane. (I have the dual cup also but single performs just as well)

Impressive Sucker
Fabulous bit of kit for holding your action cam. Tested it on a motor vehicle and it really won't fall off, even at speed.
