Can I make cheesecake - will it mix cream cheese ?

I've made a thousand cheesecakes with this mixer!! I bought a kitchenaid to upgrade and replace it...however i returned the kitchenaid and will be buying another one of these. I love that the bowl spins, the beaters get close to the sides and bottom. I only wish they made a bigger version of this one. Perfect for cheesecakes!!
