Peanut Shell Flats Post-Pregnancy Belly Compression Postpartum Girdle with Panel, Medium, Beige (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I got this postpartum. It did make my stomach nice and flat. It also made my butt flat and cuts in on the side so it looks like I'm rocking some granny panties. It hooks in the crotch like a bra so I bought a bra extender so it wasn't so tight in the crotch/butt area. That helped a lot with the cutting in but it didn't eliminate it. If you added more it would probably start bunching on your waist.

this was reallllly hard for me to get into when i first bought it and it doesn't shrink me down as much as I thought it might, for the price. i actually might consider belly bands over this product for my next pregnancy, if that ever happens.... :)

When I was looking for a girdle/shapewear to purchase,I noticed that both Peanut Shell and Wink Shapewearhave good reviews. Then I found out that both brands are actually the same company.The former is an old name.That said, I am very pleased with the girdle with panel as it is very soft andthe opening at the bottom makes it convenient. Im very pleased with the purchase. I mustsay that the customer service is excellent as well.I'll buy again in the future.Highly recommended!

I though I would love this item but I had to return it right away instead. It seemed like it would help keep everything together after giving birth but as soon as I rtried it on I had to take it off: like momst postpartum girdles, this one has hooks at the bottom as well - which I really don't understand. They make it so tight fitting that it literally cuts your skin on your thighs. I didn't gain too much weight during pregnancy and I was 113lbs and fit when I found out I was going to have a baby. Although the extra weight was mainly belly, my thighs got a little bloated as well. And unless you keep your thighs skinny throughout pregnancy and delivery (unlikely) you will probably have the same issue I had unfortunately..

This saved my shape literally!! I searched high and low for a post-pregnancy belly band and some of them are ridiculously pricey and reviews are not that good. When I found this one I just knew it would work from reading the reviews and looking it at how it is made. It definitely compressed your stomach even though it is comfortable to wear daily. I was using mines from week 1 of having my baby after my doctor told me as long as it was comfortable. In no time I was back to wearing my size small clothing and when I went back to work when my maternity leave was over I got many compliments about how I looked as if I didn't give birth. It was comfortable and invisible enough to work under my work clothing as well for about the first 3 months back until I felt ok to go with out it. Only DO NOT wash in the machine, the hook & eyes get messed up that way; hand wash it and it will last you a world longer.

So I should have bought this product after my first child but I thought it was too expensive so I bought an inferior product from an outlet bra store. Big mistake! All I have to say is with my second child I was back in my skinny jeans two weeks after delivery! The Wink belly band is worth every penny! When I came back to work from maternity leave , my coworkers couldn't believe how much leaner and slimmer I looked after having my 2nd baby! I wasn't ashamed to tell my little secret. I had done all the research on all the different ones out there and Wink is so comfortable- I can wear it day and night, all day, everyday!It's not cute but it does the job well. It is SEAMLESS under clothing, even thin tank tops I wear in the summertime.If you are pregnant now, buy it around your 8-9 month so you have it in your hospital bag for when you come home from the hospital.You will be glad that you did.

Honestly, no matter what size you order it is just impossible to get it over hips. I do not know how you are supposed to put it on, but I ended up getting few different sizes and it still didn't work for me. If you get it on over your hips then it won't be that compressing on your stomach.

It works but it is painful. you can only wear it for a few hours at a time. i got this product to help my stomach after a c section. helped get rid of gas bubbles. makes u feel dizzy. can't wear with certain clothes , it does not shape u it just u all over the place.
