Review: White Matte Gaffer Tape - This is good quality gaffer's tape, but not quite what I needed it for. I wanted something totally opaque to cover the led green, blue, and red lights on surge protectors, grounded outlets and my bedroom fan. The light dimming stickers I bought don't fully cover that either, and I was hoping the gaffer tape would do the trick. The lights interrupt my sleeping environment. In retrospect I would probably try to get white electrical tape and cut it to cover the lights. But, if you are using it as REAL gaffer tape, it does work, it is matte, the white blends in to the white outlets, it is just the right sticky and removes without residue. Easy to use.
Review: Great tape - This matte cloth gaffer’s tape has been a behind-the-scenes hero at our resort dances and banquets. The 1" width is perfect for discreet cable runs, quick fixes, and marking setups without stealing the spotlight. It tears cleanly by hand, lays flat, and leaves no sticky residue—ideal for fast-paced event prep. The rubber adhesive holds strong on a variety of surfaces, even through Florida heat and humidity. Whether I’m organizing gear or tidying up a dance floor, this tape delivers professional results with zero fuss.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The OG of tape.
*by R***H on December 31, 2025*

ProGaff tape is the OG of tape. It's incredibly sticky and will attach itself to practically anything. It's also very tough and abrasion resistant, but can sheer easily if you want to tear it. This tape is perfect for some many different applications. Highly recommend keeping some on hand.
