I bought these sauce packets regularly in the grocery store when we lived in Europe. I was happy to find them on Amazon. Very easy to mix, makes for a tasty Carbonara sauce. I usually add a little white wine to it too. Quick way to make dinner. Good price.

A quality pasta sauce during Lent, a simple, easy to make sauce, just flavour to taste with oregano and basil, etc., compliments any meal. Highly recommend!

Excellent product. Very delicious and easy to make. I had to use Google translate because the directions are in Italian. Will buy this product again!

Review of Knorr Carbonara.
The instructions were easy to follow. Very easy to make. But I found it too salty, not being a fan of salt. Otherwise, the taste was good. The recipe calls for ham, and that might have contributed to the salty taste. Next time I use a package I won't put any meat into it. See if that helps.

fast way to real carbonara pasta dish. serves two
package is in German and you need to convert to get quantities and measurements, but all results in great meal. chop up your own pancetta, add 1/2 cup sweet peas , and serve some pecorina cheese for a topping. hint, keep stirring and medium heat to get sauce to thicken.
