A: 375 ml equals 12 ounces or 1.5 cups of milk in a sauce pan. Cook over low-medium heat. When butter has melted add packet of sauce mix. Keep whisking until it comes to a boil. Turn off heat and continue stirring until thickens. (2 minutes)   Instructions don't call for butter. - You can add a little olive oil if you want but no butter
