This sliding door hardware worked perfectly. As long as you install it level and hang a square door level from the rails, it slides with one finger. Although the directions are a bit off (as others have said) I did not have to redo any steps. Read everything first and make sure that you install the stops before bolting on the track as that step is out or order in the directions. Makes the installation much easier.This came with bolts for a 1 3/8 door (separate package) and a 1 3/4 door (packaged in the spacers). It also came with masonry anchors. Really, it has whatever you need. I installed a 3/4" decorative header board because I needed the door to get past both base boards and quarter rounds. Hangs perfectly and clears everything. I would buy this again if I ever need to put up another barn door.For the door, I made an 87"X87" and the system handled it well. I used 1/4" plywood with 1X4 trim on the surround and cross braces. I put the trim and cross bracing on both sides for rigidity - resulting in a 1 3/4" wide door. Worked perfectly.The only complaint is that all the measurements are metric and the bolts are metric head. Certainly not a deal breaker but it did require lots of marking in place rather than measuring because my measuring tape is standard and does not have millimeters. Not a big enough complaint to lose a star!

Fast delivery and item works perfectly (Very solid product). I made a solid wood 6'x6' (around 90 lbs) door and it slides so smooth and easy. Easy to install, took about 30 minutes to complete.

This worked perfectly for our homemade extra large barn door which was 5’ wide by 8’ tall and easily weighs over 50lbs. The hardware was easy to install and the wheels roll smoothly with no squeaking or signs of distress. Note, the directions are pictures only so read them thoroughly first and think about the order you need to do things. You’ll need to slide the rubber stoppers on the rail first before you attach the rail to the wall, otherwise you’ll have to remove the rail to do it later which could affect the integrity of your install.

I really like how easy this was to install. This item is very sturdy, I like how everything turned out. I built my own barn door it's 84" high and 66" wide and this track worked ou perfectly. This door is very heavy but on this track it's as light as feather. I did use a header board because my studs did not line up with the holes in the track.

Here is our 12 foot closet barn door hardware. I was just excited to find hardware for the 6 foot custom door we made. Went up pretty easy. Had to convert the instructions from mm to inches. We also had to use different screws with heavy duty drywall anchors on half of it because our wall is stupid. It’s really great hardware but we just installed it tonight so I can’t comment how durable it is.

This looks great once installed. You more than likely will need to add a wood backing to the wall the track is installed on unless you are fortunate enough to get the holes lined up with the studs in the wall. I installed the 12 foot length track and it is sturdy for the door I made but you will definitely need a helper due to the weight of the track and the length. Overall I am pleased with the price. The instructions aren’t the best but not the worst I have dealt with.

High quality. Very smooth rolling. Heavy duty. We built a 6 foot door and it is so heavy but this system makes it feel like a feather when you open it.Instructions are worthless. Comes with parts we never used nor did instructions explain.

This was exactly what I was looking for! We had an extra large opening that we wanted to close off in order to make the former dining room into an office so we built a custom door and I spent quite a bit of time researching barn door hardware that would work for our space. I decided to give the EaseLife hardware a try and very pleased with the product. Quality is top notch, all pieces were included in the package and it works wonderfully!
