Natural Blue Sapphire neelam Gemstone Certified

What you see in the picture is what you get. I ordered a 10-carat cut sapphire and it arrived a day early and simply exquisite. If you craft your own shinies, this is a great resource to have!

Returned stone as unsuited to intended use. Stone was very dark (not a bad thing.) Lacked translucence. Inclusions were numerous and substantial. For price point stone appears worth price. One might want to have it cleaned and buffed before setting. Shipped in a folding plastic case that would not prevent stone being exchanged between seller and recipient. I taped it closed for return. Hoping others ordered have fewer inclusions.

This is not gemstone quality. It is cloudy with white streaks in it and striating within the gem. The cut is decent. It is really dark and opaque not see through at all.

Very nice Stone with a deep rich color

I was very happy with the sapphire. It was an amazing size, for the price. I was very impressed.

Of course there's variation in color, but the stone I received to give as a gift looked black, almost obsidian. It wasn't until you held it up to a bright light that it had any blue color which was disappointing. Of course, it's a large sapphire for not a large price, so know what to expect. The picture, however, is way more blue and clearly sapphire than the stone you're likely to receive.
