I have to say that I'm rarely impressed at product quality anymore because I hardly ever see it. Even some of my favorite brands of just gone down the toilet. This one though surprised me. Whoever designed this coffee press must drink coffee because the removable stainless steel container that the coffee beans go in is brilliant! 🤓 One of my pet peeves of coffee grinders is how do you clean out the inside bowl without getting water inside of the mechanical mechanisms? This solves that issue flawlessly. Well thought out ... Furthermore, the grinder is absolutely beautiful. Grinders are usually one color and you might get a modern one but they're just a grinder. However, every time I look at this one, I think it's very elegant and beautifully done. Again, well thought out. Another thing I really appreciate is the ability to wrap the cord underneath it and tuck it away in the corner of the kitchen. Again, well thought out ... The one drawback, if you can say that, is the lid. I'm a neat freak and so I want that lid completely dried out before I place it back on the top of the grinder. That's almost impossible to do with a cloth, though, because you just can't get between the two lips on the lid. Having said that, I found if I lay the lid on sideways on top of the grinder the air will get up In between the lips of the lead and it will air dry eventually so I've come to peace with that. As for the grinding of the coffee while that's just a whole other level. For one it is incredibly quiet. I felt like I went from using a tank to using a fan. The quietness is unreal. Living in apartment I'm always concerned that people in other apartments can hear what I'm doing and with this grinder I grind anytime I want because I know it's so quiet. Well thought out ... The grinding of the beans is amazingly fast and thorough. I did struggle with that at the beginning as some people on here have stated here but I found as a coffee press user if I do five spins - possibly six - I get the beans just about where I want them. Perfection isn't my goal - I'm just looking to make sure that my beans aren't too ground but yet that they're ground enough so the beans don't get caught in the mash of the coffee while making a decent cuppa coffee. I will definitely keep coming back to Krupps and looking at their products because this was so well produced and thought out. I was truly impressed, especially for the price. To be honest, having lived in Germany, I don't know why I'm surprised because the Germans are really good at what they produce/build.

Love this coffee grinder. I've never had a coffee grinder, but I've heard them used and wanted something that was quieter. I also like that it is easy to clean because the cup comes out. Bonus that it has a lid to put on the cup, so if I don't use all the coffee in one go, I just put the lid on and use the next day. Grind seems consistent.

It really is quiet - 1/3? as loud as the smaller, less expensive Krups I was previously using. The grind is fantastic. I don't grind coffee, but grind nuts and spices every day. The removable cup is really useful. The grind barely gets gummed against the side walls of the cup. A gentle tap and swipe clears all. Plus the cup is removable, washable. So far, the cup is easy to remove and replace - but the locking rings are plastic, so Will they last a lifetime? Only issue with this new Krups is the reason I bought it: I dropped the plastic cap of the old one on my tile floor and it broke. There is no replacement part. That older Krups has been working like a champ for 25 years? Now every time I use this new one I'm a bit annoyed the old one had to go for lack of replacement cap.

Have used small coffee grinders for years. KRUPS had someone come up with a clever, thoughtful design. It has a larger, deeper metal container that comes out of the machine and has its own lid. It makes it easier to pour the coffee into the coffee maker basket. Finally, no more coffee grounds all over the counter. Plus, it's much quieter. But, I will miss waking up to the loud sound of coffee being ground in the early am. My old one broke today and this one arrived from Amazon 3 hours after I ordered it.

I was thinking of buying a new burr grinder but they can be expensive, loud and messy. This is way easier to use and clean. I cannot believe how quiet it is and beans are ground so evenly. I love that the grinding cup is easy to remove and can be completely cleaned, unlike many other small grinders. It does not make a mess and all grounds are contained. So glad I chose this one!

Terrible product dreadful customer experience - scam artists now gone off Amazon :-( Plugged it in first time - wasn't very quiet - then burnt out - smoke came out of it and it doesn't work. Tried to return it - paid for postage and it came back to me again undeliverable.

This product was bought to grind coffee beans and almonds for almond flour. It does an excellent job. It is simple and easy to use: Put the product in, press down on the button and hold for your desired grind or pulse. I especially like that the bean container can be removed to fill ,empty and clean. The noise level is very acceptable, after all, it is a grinder and it takes 20sec to grind a container. It is less noisy than my previous one. It is solid and well built. If you want something straightforward, without fancy gadgets that does the job, this is the one. I am very happy with it.
