I have to say that I'm rarely impressed at product quality anymore because I hardly ever see it. Even some of my favorite brands of just gone down the toilet. This one though surprised me. Whoever designed this coffee press must drink coffee because the removable stainless steel container that the coffee beans go in is brilliant! 🤓 One of my pet peeves of coffee grinders is how do you clean out the inside bowl without getting water inside of the mechanical mechanisms? This solves that issue flawlessly. Well thought out ... Furthermore, the grinder is absolutely beautiful. Grinders are usually one color and you might get a modern one but they're just a grinder. However, every time I look at this one, I think it's very elegant and beautifully done. Again, well thought out. Another thing I really appreciate is the ability to wrap the cord underneath it and tuck it away in the corner of the kitchen. Again, well thought out ... The one drawback, if you can say that, is the lid. I'm a neat freak and so I want that lid completely dried out before I place it back on the top of the grinder. That's almost impossible to do with a cloth, though, because you just can't get between the two lips on the lid. Having said that, I found if I lay the lid on sideways on top of the grinder the air will get up In between the lips of the lead and it will air dry eventually so I've come to peace with that. As for the grinding of the coffee while that's just a whole other level. For one it is incredibly quiet. I felt like I went from using a tank to using a fan. The quietness is unreal. Living in apartment I'm always concerned that people in other apartments can hear what I'm doing and with this grinder I grind anytime I want because I know it's so quiet. Well thought out ... The grinding of the beans is amazingly fast and thorough. I did struggle with that at the beginning as some people on here have stated here but I found as a coffee press user if I do five spins - possibly six - I get the beans just about where I want them. Perfection isn't my goal - I'm just looking to make sure that my beans aren't too ground but yet that they're ground enough so the beans don't get caught in the mash of the coffee while making a decent cuppa coffee. I will definitely keep coming back to Krupps and looking at their products because this was so well produced and thought out. I was truly impressed, especially for the price. To be honest, having lived in Germany, I don't know why I'm surprised because the Germans are really good at what they produce/build.

I was thinking of buying a new burr grinder but they can be expensive, loud and messy. This is way easier to use and clean. I cannot believe how quiet it is and beans are ground so evenly. I love that the grinding cup is easy to remove and can be completely cleaned, unlike many other small grinders. It does not make a mess and all grounds are contained. So glad I chose this one!

Love this coffee grinder. I've never had a coffee grinder, but I've heard them used and wanted something that was quieter. I also like that it is easy to clean because the cup comes out. Bonus that it has a lid to put on the cup, so if I don't use all the coffee in one go, I just put the lid on and use the next day. Grind seems consistent.

I replaced an old basic Krups coffee grinder with this one. LOVE this one. The basic one was reliable, but this one is SO much easier to use, and does a great job at producing an even grind for a drip coffee maker. I love that the lid can be washed and the coffee cup as well. I love that I can remove the cup that holds the coffee and empty it into my filter. It is WAY less messy than the basic one I broke. It is slighty larger and heavier than my old one, so I have to use two hands to hold it when I pick it up or move it. My only complaint is that the grinder itself when you remove the cup is a little difficult to clean with a wet towel or pastry brush. But the grinder itself is so much better than my old one, I don't really mind that issue.

Works great and it's very quiet.

This grinds coffee quickly. The unit seems sturdy and well made. I find it easy to clean. It comes with a nice lid if you want to leave ground coffee in the grinder cup (which I would do if I only ground one type of coffee - would really like 2 cups if I could get another). The only issue I had was making the mistake of using water to wash the top plastic part ... it has a kind of double layer and water got between the two, now I use a damp sponge. There is a little static that holds some ground on the plastic top after grinding. I tap the sides gently before removing the top so grounds don't go all over the counter. I'm very happy with this grinder, it's convenient, easy to use, and clean.

Terrible product dreadful customer experience - scam artists now gone off Amazon :-( Plugged it in first time - wasn't very quiet - then burnt out - smoke came out of it and it doesn't work. Tried to return it - paid for postage and it came back to me again undeliverable.

This product was bought to grind coffee beans and almonds for almond flour. It does an excellent job. It is simple and easy to use: Put the product in, press down on the button and hold for your desired grind or pulse. I especially like that the bean container can be removed to fill ,empty and clean. The noise level is very acceptable, after all, it is a grinder and it takes 20sec to grind a container. It is less noisy than my previous one. It is solid and well built. If you want something straightforward, without fancy gadgets that does the job, this is the one. I am very happy with it.
