Does it have Lifetime warranty

I have to agree with above post, these screwdrivers are very poorly made. My tips were destroyed after only a few uses. Fortunately, they did not cost too much, I plan to donate them to goodwill or throw them away.

Are these drivers insulated for electrical?

No they are not insulated and screwdriver goes completely through handle so even the top is a conductor.
