Arts & crafts supplies for children can be expensive and poor quality, so I stick with the basics, like these Scotch Kids Blunt Tip Scissors with Soft Touch, Magenta. My daughters love pink, they work well so little hands don't need to force the scissors to cut, which makes for a safer experience, and the scissors seem to last for a long time. I've tried other brands, and have been disappointed.

Works great! I put it in my locker at school because it is small. I have already used it to cut gift wrap. Perfectly functional.

Safe scissors for kids and adults, was the wrong color though

It is so comfort and suitable for kids ( 5y) . The only thing is about its color . It seems it is pink and I ordered it for my daughter but it was blue and she didn’t like the blue one, so I went to store and bought the pink one in person.

To be perfect for us, the cutting blades need to be longer. I won't mark off because I understand this is probably for safety reasons and they don't want to be sued. Otherwise, best grip you can find. If you are still reading this, you are probably wondering, is it better than the Fiskars and Stanley Guppy. Yes. Yes, it is. For school, the Guppy has a name tag. However, and this is a big however, once we took the name tag out the Guppy, it never stayed in after that. I had to use adhesive to keep it in.

These little scissors give my five year old much more control when he's cutting. The shorter blades make it easier for him to turn corners and nip into little details without a set of big blades lopping off a chuck of the project he's working so hard on!

These are great! My 4 year old loves them.
