Is it best to straighten curly hair before using the flowbee?

Not necessarily, I have natural curly hair and I’ve used the Flowbee for 33 years to cut the curl and frizz off! I think the company recommends wet hair but I don’t always do that either.

Is the vacuum strong enough to straighten or uncoil curly hair, as it's suctioned, in order to get an even cut all the way around?

I have straight hair, but the suction of the vacuum from Flowbee is pretty strong. My hunch is that it would. Hope this helps.

Yes it’s included. I used to spend $25.00 at sports clips for a haircut. I haven’t been back. I use the extra money for gasoline.
