If it's what you need, it does the job.
I gave four stars because the very edge of the glass has a small chip in it. It's hidden when slid into the slots in the fridg so it wasn't a big deal and not visible, but I wasn't super thrilled to see that small chip but wasn't anything to lose sleep about.

My husband struggled for weeks trying to find a replacement glass.I found the glass in minutes on Amazon. Even though no dimensions were noted in the description, the glass fit perfectly!

Fixed our fridge!
Perfect fit. Our glass shelf was taken out by a bottle of wine last year. This replacement part fit our fridge perfectly and now it's as good as new. Arrived on time and cost substantially less than what our dealer wanted for it. Only concern was the packing. It was shipped *literally* sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard. I was surprised that it made it in one piece. Since it did it's hard to complain but I would never ship a piece of glass like that!

Perfect fit in my Norcold N841IM
This appears to be the genuine Norcold crisper cover (shelf). After removing the left side vertical strip (3 screws) it slid into place perfectly. It is in fact tempered glass and is labelled so. Shipping was quick. Note to self: don’t store bottles of beer on the top shelf when driving rough roads.

Great Fit and Good Price
Glass piece fits well and works. One thing I am uncertain of, is whether it is tempered safety glass or regular glass? It’s difficult to determine without breaking it.Does the job.

Good But?
Was glad to find the exact replacement part for my Norcold refrigerator glass shelf which had a chip on the corner and one day when closing the door it shattered. Fortunately was able to identify the exact replacement after finding a detailed schematic online with the corresponding part no, which was available via Amazon. The shelf arrived nicely wrapped in thick cardboard and in a box with stuffing so no delivery issue. My disappointment is that the glass does not have a finished edge (as in a house fridge) but appears to be mostly like the original but a bit lighter and not smoked as in the picture. After seeing the first one shatter as specialized glass is supposed to am now leery of accidentally dropping something on the glass as appears sensitive. Price was just okay. At least am pleased to have found a replacement with ease.
