Works great with one adjustment
We were very pleased with our Wall Master garden tool wall organizer so we went ahead and ordered the Wall Master bike wall mount. We needed to hang (1) mens mountain bike, (2) mens road bikes and (1) women's road bike -- all within the limit noted on the product description (440lbs). Our bikes were previously mounted horizontally so it took up a lot of wall space. Now that this is up, this is saving us a ton of space.Even though the actual unit is solid, the plastic anchors that come with the product are complete junk. They worked ok for our garden tools but not for our bikes. Right when we centered ONE mountain bike (albeit heavy but not outside of accepted weight) on the rack, an entire panel came off the wall. We ended up pulling them all down and using heavy duty anchors to better secure the product. Once we did that, the panels weren't going anywhere - so just throw those plastic anchors out and purchase heavy duty ones. You won't regret it. We have a lot of money hanging on these racks, we don't want to take any chances. Once we made that one adjustment, the rack is working great for us.

So far, a good bike rack
So far I am happy with this. I needed a rack to take advantage of an open garage wall space and get a bike off the floor. Like others, I Didn’t use the provided anchors and screws as I didn’t trust mounting this to sheet rock especially after reading other reviews. Ended up mounting the rack on a 1x 6 board attached to studs. This was way of mounting was way easier then trying to line up the screw holes on the 3 rails to wall studs. The metal rails do appear to be a little on the “light” side but appear to be holding up to the weight of one road bike and 2 hybrids. The hooks are holding our bike wheels without any issues although I am just careful to keep the hooks away from wheel spokes. Our rack is located high on the wall (above a kayak) which makes getting the bikes mounted a little more difficult but I knew this going in.

Buy your own wall anchors
The product is great and easy to install. Works like it says it dose. Only complaint is the wall anchors that comes with it is only rated for 10lbs You will need to provide your own wall anchors or but it on a board that is screwed into your studs

Exactly what we needed for our garage
My boyfriend and I got bikes for our family so we could get some exercise. This of course led to the need for storage in the garage. We needed a bike holder for 4 bikes. I think this holder is perfect for 4 bikes, but I don't know if it would hold 5 bikes well (the bikes might be too close together - which I don't like). The installation was easy enough. The base is 2 long pieces that hold the hooks that hold the bikes. The base needs to be secured into the wall; we used a drill and bolted the piece into the studs. Figuring out how high to put the holder wasn't that hard, just some finangling. Once the holder was on the wall, you add the hooks and presto! The bike rack is done. The rack is situated so that the biggest bike (my boyfriend's) is about 6 inches off the ground because of a lip on the foundation of the garage; this makes it a little too high for the kids to get their bikes down themselves, but it's not bad. The only downside I have seen so far is that you have to make sure that the bikes are hung well vertically, they lean to one side, making the bikes not secure.

How is this rack so highly rated??
Bought this rack because of the 4.5 star rating, that was a mistake. It seemed fine when I pulled it out of the box, the system seemed like it would work well, the hooks clip on easily and hold fine. Many of the reviews I had read stated that the mounting hardware that was included was not very stout - I couldn't agree more, I wouldn't use it no matter what. I thought I'd solve this by using my own drywall anchors that were rated for 140 lbs. The rack comes in 3 parts, each rail is 16" long, for an overall length of 4'. The first 2 went up without a problem, seemed to hold fine when I hung one bike on the hook. The problem came with the third, and after I had hung all 5 bicycles on the rack. The metal the rack is made from is so thin that it bends out from the wall in the middle (see photo #1), causing extra stress on the mount points - my anchor in the corner ripped through the 1/2" drywall it was through (see photo #2 - taken after I put a new anchor and reattached to the wall). Four corner mount points are insufficient for the load this rack claims to be able to hold. Returning for a refund and getting a different rack.

Space saver! Reclaim your garage!!
This is a tremendous space saver and worth every penny! My only regret is that I didn’t find this sooner. We use this rack to easily hold 4 bikes: 2-24 inch kid bikes plus 2 adult mountain bikes. The extra hooks for the helmets is also great so that everything is compact and neatly organized. When we began the install, we were skeptical that the bikes would fit or that the hooks would hold. But, a month later, this has been one of the best things we’ve invested in for the house. We used to constantly fight bikes that were falling down or had to be moved around the garage to access other areas. But, this has stopped all of that while keeping the garage neat and the bikes sadly stowed. It’s easy for one person to get the bikes on/off the hooks and takes only seconds to get a bike down or back on the hook. You won’t regret this purchase!

Make sure it anchors in studs.
The anchors didn’t hold in drywall. Had to put a 1” thick board behind it and screw that to the studs. Then anchor this to it. Worked great from there.

Useful
I recommend screwing directly into studs instead of using the drywall anchors that came with the product. It's more secure that way. Also, the instructions don't mention anything about the height for the installation, which should be based on the length of between the bicycle wheels. It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be a bit perplexing to someone who isn't as familiar with bicycles.

Buen soporte
SI es muy buen soporte, y los ganchos sirven no solo para los cascos sino puedes poner bolsas

Poor quality
Very thin metallic plate that bends from the weight of even 3 bikes once they are mounted. It is not designed for bikes but for household tools.
