3 x Kitchen Sink Plug Stainless Ball Chain with S Hook 37

Rubish with quality chain
Never thought I'll be writing a review about a bath plug but it's that bad. The bath plug is made of super rigid plastic and rocks side to side in plug hole. It's too deep and is is about 0.5mm shorter than the diameter advertised so leaks constantly. The only positive comment which earned it one star rating is the good quality chain that's included.

A plug that does the job.
This plug fits perfectly into the sink As demonstrated in the photo, no leaks or bubbles showing. You need to ideally use a set of pliers to widen the chain hook to attach to the sink. Great value for money.

Does the job!
My 3yr old son is generally a well behaved child. So when I asked him to "go to the bathroom and wait for mummy to come and put the bath on" the last thing I imagined was hearing the toilet flush. I raced over and saw a guilty look on his face. I asked "why did you flush the toilet?" And child replies back "I flash the plug down the toilet mummy, it's going round the pipe right now"Bath time was cancelled and I immediately ordered another plug.Fortunately this came promptly with my Amazom Prime and the plug is no longer allowed out of my sight. Does the job great and is sturdy!

OK
It's OK but been made of plastic doesn't grip the sink hole as well as a rubber one and pops out when I put water down the rinsing sink next to the main sink bowl. Can't comment on the chain as I've not used it yet. It does the job barely.

Does not properly fit a standard 1 3/4 inch plug hole and is too stiff to seal well
The diameter of this plug is too small to properly fit a 1 3/4 inch plug hole. The diameter is a bit too small, so the plug fits too deep into the plug hole and is thus difficult to remove. The plastic material is too stiff to seal properly without pushing the plug well into the drain. When you do this, the edges are well below the plug hole, so the plug is difficult to remove. My chain pulled loose from the plug, so I had to use pliers to remove it. I have now ordered a replacement RUBBER (not plastic) plug from a different supplier. Most people are likely to be unhappy with this plug.

This one actually fitted
When this arrived I was greatful as it actually fitted a 1 and 3/4 in bath. I had bought others and they did not. It is sturdy but is has developed a slow leak. Maybe I need to shove it in a bit tighter. However it is still usable and very good value for money

IT MUST BE RUBBER
I HAVE CONCLUDED THAT PLASTIC PLUGS OF ANY SIZE ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.NEED A REPLACEMENT? I SUGGEST GO FOR RUBBER EVERY TIME,YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED,ANY SUPPLIER SHOULD BE OK.I AM NOT IN ANY WAY BIASED BUT HAVE JUST TRIED A PLASTIC TYPE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND BEEN DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE PLASTIC DOES,NT SEAL LIKE RUBBER SO WHILST HAVING A BATH DID NOT HAVE MUCH TIME TO PLAY WITH SOAP TABLET BEFORE WATER RAN OUT!!.
