I do property maintenance and this faucet is well designed and built, easy to install and the price is very good. The faucet supply lines come attached and are generous in length and very flexible making hooking up easy. There are washers with filters in the supply lines to keep particles from plugging up the spray head and extras are provided. You can mount it to a single or 3 -hole sink mount with the optional base. I have tried some of the similar faucets but they aren't built as well and as easy to install. Spray head is spray or stream and the spout is high arch for pot filling. Construction is stainless steel with brass mounting ring. To our surprise it only just started leaking from the sprayer head after around 4 years of daily use. Even with it being that old I reached out to their customer support and they were super helpful and shipped a replacement cartridge to us at no cost, which fixed the leaking issue.Installation was as easy as any other faucet you’ll buy.
