Awesome Book, this book really covers energy. The book addresses food & exercise, but also teaches mental health. The real reason we have low energy is because of our mental state. The book is small & should be read more than once.

Great Productivity Book
Amazing e-book I have ever read. All the tips was the thing I knew before but I really never ackknowledge it. After I read this this e-book, I found a lot of answers to my questions and riddles. It is now very clear for to lead the life that I wanted to live. Thank you very much to the author to put the efforts in putting all together in this book. Fantastic book! Recommended for anyone who wanted to know better how your full body work to become productive!

I just flipped through this in 2 minutes. More like a news coloumn read than a book. Not recommended. And don't call this a book
