Finally lets my pump work as it should
So I have a pond, surrounded by no less than 100 trees. Lots of leaves in it, this bag keeps the water flowing to the base of the pump.

Excellent at keeping debris from pump
Love this. Keeps debris away from my pond pump. I deep clean pond in spring & fall. Reduces my maintenance tine.

Good quality, but...
It serves its purpose for a sump pump in my back yard, but it interferes with the float switch sometimes. That's a quick way to waste lots of electricity if it's not noticed. I ended up removing it, and cleaning out my sump basin of any debris. The float switch will need a guard for this to work without incident.

Works as intended
Our fish pond has so many critters that often wild newts and small tadpoles would get sucked into the pond filter. This bag solved the problem for a very low cost, I even purchased a second. I do have to shake off algae and debris from the bags about once a week, but that is much easier than picking assorted greens and tadpole parts out of the actual filter!

This bag is going to help me tremendously keep my filters cleaner in my turtle tank it was a great value for my money very easy to use and you can wash it out with no problem the durability is a good quality material and I think it will last a while

Easily sucked into the impeller
If you intend to sue this bag it needs to be on a pump with a screen in place otherwise the soft mesh gets drawn into the impeller opening and blocks the flow
