Obviously high quality motors, but for a 5”, these are more motor than I need. 2207 1800kv provide more than enough power and better efficiency, and they weigh ~5g less each. Not only does it mean a lighter quad, it means a more responsive motor. These go back to the parts bin for a future 5.5” or 6” build.Update: I bought some 6” arms for my Glide, and soldered these up. With 6” bi-blade props, these were good for up to six minutes of cruise-ish freestyle with a GoPro Mini up top. Perfect rig for a scenic FPV vacation.

Bought this for a college class where we build drones, definingly the nicest motors out of all the other groups.

So rating is based off production and not performance. heres the thing i purchsed my first set of 4 abt a month ago. First flight went well. Second flight never got off the ground one motor was ticking and studdering. Ok no prob i swapped it out with a old motor i had around. Back it the air take a minor crash and one motor had a wire pop off at the bell. Ok my fault i get that kinda. Next set of 4 motors first flight went well, second flight 2 motors start studdering. Again these are brand new motors. 2 sets 8 in total, 2 flights im left with 4 now. BUYER BEWARE ITS A COIN TOSS WITH THESE.

These motors are exactly what I needed. Plus they look soooo sick!

the4se must have been a bad batch, this brand motor is what i normaly use but these are just bab, felt week and then to much longer one burned up, I switch back to the xing 2207 1900kv instead and not it better. dont get these!
