Cutting them to size was pretty simple with a pair of sharp scissors and they have just enough tackiness to stay in place while you are trying to flip the heatsink back over without everything sliding around on you. After installing them I noticed my memory temperatures dropped by several degrees during heavy use so they definitely do a much better job at moving heat than the stock ones ever did. The only thing to watch out for is making sure you get the right thickness since they dont have much give if you go too thick but honestly for a quick thermal upgrade these are super reliable and worth it if you care about keeping your hardware running cool 😌 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stuff works crazy good *by on Reviewed in the United States February 17, 2026* Used it for a bit of a weird use case, but I used the 1mm thermal pad as a TIM between two motherboard heatsinks and their AMD chipsets since their temps sucked. Managed to drop temps from 74C down to 55C on an ITX board, and 67C to 52C on an mATX board.
