They just are different from any other testing style I have come across as a college student so far. This is a great book for practicing questions related to the topics covered in Fundamental Nursing courses. The book is organized by topics in different chapters and gives you lots of practice questions. Included is the correct answers along with rationales that explain why each answer is either correct or incorrect. The key to really improving your test scores as well as to enhance your learning you must read the rationales not only for the correct answers but for the incorrect answers as well! I used this book to improve my comprehension of topics covered in class, to study for exams as well as for my end of semester HESI exit exam and found it to be very helpful.
