Review: Wish I knew about this earlier. - If you're mixing on cardboard and getting great results about 80% of the time, try this and you'll wonder why you ever even bothered with cardboard. I get beyond great results over 95% of the time now. I get longer time to apply and shape. Filler and resin are cured faster. Sanding is about the same, but I don't have to sand as much. Next to no bubbles in filler or resin. Easier clean up and the value of time you could save. That's my 2 cents.

**Q: I want to make my own with a clipboard but what material are the sheets so i buy a notepad of them?**
A: I wouldn't try to do that, the onion skin sheets are special and bound together, and when you try to mix up your filler, you could really get a mess and cost you more in the end.  Buy the mixing sheets.  John

**Q: Is the backing pad solid like masonite or flimsy like cardboard?**
A: It's solid like masonite.
