it works fine and looks nice enough
I wanted a 12" diameter clock. While reading the reviews I noticed that someone wrote that the diameter was 7", not 12", so I wrote the following question under the "Customer questions and answers" section:"The product information says that the face diameter is 12", however, one of the reviews said that it was only 7". Which is true?"I got the following answer:"Hello,Thank you for contacting us. For CLKA1B359, face measures 12 inches in diameter not 7. If you have further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us."Well, it turns out that the reviewer was right. The clock diameter is 7", not 12". Even if I extend beyond the face plate, the entire diameter is only 9" overall. How could someone not know the diameter of their own product? I'm baffled by this. I'm attaching a photo to prove my point.Other than the fact that the clock is only 7" in diameter, it works fine and looks nice enough, but how can I give a product more than 1 star when I purchased it based solely on the answer to my question.

Nice clock but it does not come with mounting screws
Hubs is putting it up right now. No screws for mounting the clock. He'll have to run into town this morning to grab some dark screws. Don't know if it keeps time or not, but look is definately french country

Need to buy screws and batteries
I always wanted to add a station clock to the hallway. Loved it. Size Is good and looks strong on the wall. However, didn’t like that there were no screws with it. Had to go find those from Lowe’s. Manufacturer should at least send it with the installation kit and batteries.
