We are very pleased with this bed. We bought it for our granddaughter who is 12. She absolutely loves it. It was easy to assemble and it is very sturdy.

Though the manufacturing was good, it was very hard to connect parts that sat flush once you started tightening bolts, which was very frustrating. The manual / instructions weren't very well explained which is typical of today's assembly instructions today. Otherwise once the assembly was completed the bed is exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy construction.

It’s pretty and is not overpowering in a small room. The space underneath allow for decorative basket storage and more!

Overall rating would have been a minus star.The quality of the joins on the manufactured parts was awful. I decided that I would use it anyway, so put it together. Easy-peasy..Sturdy enough.When I got to the last piece, the supports for the mattress, there was no way to make the supports stay in place. Changing the bed would have been impossible. Keeping the mattress supports in place would have been impossible.So this bed frame gets a minus star from me.Your customer service got a full A-plus rating!I will continue to purchase from Amazon.
