Knowing they were probably made outside the US my expectations were not very high, so I ordered pulleys at a higher rating than I really needed just in case. When I received them today, I was astounded at the finish and quality of these units. They are constructed of polished stainless steel and feel very stout. Although I haven't used them yet, I can tell they are rated conservatively and might actually be overkill for my project. At this price I will likely order more for future projects.
