This kit has given me a variety of options at an affordable price and while not a substitute for professional care it's so much better than just the constant pain of total lack of support I usually have. The socks are especially useful as I can slip them on even for things like house slippers or cowboy boots. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love the 3/4 inserts *by F***R on November 25, 2015* I bought this set when I started teaching and ended up spending quite a bit more time on my feet (I work an office job, as well). I've always had an issue with flat feet, but they've never caused me pain. After the first 2 weeks of the school year, my feet started to ache and swell, then stayed that way for the next month. After receiving the package, I used the 3/4 inserts in my shoes and the compression bands (with the gel support) when at home. After about a week foot pain and swelling were gone. I love the 3/4 inserts! I will say, I don't have any use for the small gel inserts (the ones that stick to the shoes); they didn't stay stuck to my shoes and when they started moving around, became useless. Otherwise, everything else works well, and I'm very happy with the product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Deal *by M***E on January 1, 2017* The blue inserts are great! As are the compressing bands.
