my FAVORITE pen
The extra-fine Zebra Fude Brush Pen is my absolute FAVORITE pen to draw with. It's great for sketching and line art, and it doesn't bleed when ink washes or watercolor is applied. The variety in line weight is 100% my favorite part. The tip wears down over time, but that's to be expected, as is it eventually drying out. I used this pen for outside sketching for 6 hours once a week + several additional hours indoors, so I probably go through these pens faster than the average artist, but I'll always come back and be happy to purchase more. I've attached some of the sketches I've done with this pen so you can see the variety of lines you can get!

My ABSOLUTE favorite gel pens for writing!
I write A LOT. I mean, I empty pens on an almost daily basis. Therefor, I'm a pen addict. Pens make me happy. These pens... OH... THESE PENS!I've been using Zebra brand pens and mechanical pencils for a long time because I like very fine points, and when the package says 0.5mm, Zebra actually means it! I've been using Sarasa for a couple of years, but in more traditional colors. I always want more colors! On the slight chance that someday, someone will read all this stuff I write, these colors are gorgeous. There is almost nothing that isn't fantastic about these pens. The points are super-fine and the ink flows readily every time, yet not so copiously that you can't feel your pen-strokes. The nibs are secure and steady in the barrel and don't dance around. The tips don't get gunky after prolonged use like some milky-color pens. The barrels and the clips are super-sturdy and feel a bit more substantial than cheap gel pens. They dry to the touch instantly, which is important for writing without schmears. They seem to write just as well, and are just as legible on black paper as on white. And BEST OF ALL - there are no retina-searing, juvenile fluorescent colors! Only pastels!I will say, though, that they aren't quite as opaque or "juicy" as other brands, so they aren't really any good for adult coloring or art applications. As with anything, you sacrifice some aspects to gain others, and the ink flow rate and lack of gunk is what makes these especially good for writing. It should not be surprising that someone would try to copy these pens, right down to the clips and the package graphics. (see photos) I have those copies too, and these are vastly better for about the same price per pen, even though the alternative has more colors.

Surprisingly good quality
The media could not be loaded. These "marbled" gel pens were so popular in the 90s when I was a kid, and so being a pen lover, I bought these on a whim because they seemed to be the only marbled pens being sold by an established pen company. In my memory, the quality of the marbled pens were never great in the 90s and they were purchased for the novelty, but I was pleasantly surprised that these write very well, like a normal gel pen (however, compared to the regular Zebra Sarasa they don't have the same feels... The marbled ones actually feel less scratchy compared to the vintage versions, for example!)I also love that Zebra clearly made an effort to make sure that the ink comes out mixed the whole time (this really wasn't the case in the 90s). The ink in the barrel is mixed in a very clearly vertical way, so they put a lot of thought into making this pen, which I really appreciate. Overall a really delightful pen.

if you don’t write w/ them for a while they will never write again
i bought this pack again because the colors are amazing they are smooth, never skip, have large ink cartridges and are simply a staple for stationery lovers. however on thing to note, if you don’t pick these up and use them often they will end up just stopping writing and there is no fixing it. i did have this pack for like 4 years tho and they weren’t ever my go-to in high school i used them every so often so that is partially my fault. i’ve heard if you use them regularly they are amazing. so i am going to try that. they write well on black paper. the white one is mid.

Pens are exactly as described. I love the extra fine tip. The pens write smooth, and the colors are great.

Rough at first but will buy again
I really like the barrel, it is nice to hold while writing my chemistry notes, the colors are amazing and i love them However, the ball point doesn't roll all that well on any of the pens. I was hoping they would be comprable to my pilot g2s or pilot hi techs but unfortunately the design of the ball just isn't great. It makes it really frustrating when I am writing and it causes my notes to be messy because I have to go back and forth to get the ink to even come out. And it's not just one pen its the whole set. I might buy them again bc of the colors but I will do my research first to see if I can find a better brand. Great color doesn't matter if the ink rolls out poorly. Update**now that I have been using them for a couple weeks the scratchiness seems to be gone for the most part I am not sure why. There was a specific way I needed to write to get them to work better and I always do that now so maybe that is why. But they aren't difficult to write with now. The ink is very thick so I think the pigment mix was making it difficult. There may not be a way around that idk. But I will def buy again.

Meh!
The only reason I gave these three stars is because some of them are so light in color that I can barely see what was written on the paper, even with my glasses on or off! I expected them to write in a much darker color. Out of the whole set I've only used the black and the darker blue. On the plus side, they were relatively smear resistant and they did dry quickly.

My favorite
I love skinny writing utensils! So I love writing with this. The quality of the pen is great and they don’t smear
