First, the colors are great: neutral but rich. It applies easily and smoothly without streaks or excess powder dropping into lashes. Second, you can wet the colors and use them for eyeliner and it works great! I have looked for a perfect brown eyeliner for decades-- I could never find the right color saturation, lasting power, and ease of application. This product does it all. The shadow or liner stays put all day and does not shift in color. It may seem limited-- the selection, but I find another new combo every day! Also, I have used the black as an eyeliner too-- and it's great for fair skinned girls-- for it comes out a wonderful soft grey-- perfect for my green eyes. Now, if you wanted a darker liner, simply use more powder to water and it will come out as dark as you desire-- perfect for a night on the town or cozy dinner cat-eye look. The price might seem steep, but compared to other shadows such as the L'oreal neutral palette or Maybeline, it is hands down a much better product that will last for years. It's a bargain and a superior product.
