i HAD ORDERED THIS PRODUCT FOR A SECOND TIME. I HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE OF THIS PRODUCT TO GET RELIEF FROM STRESS. IT GIVES GOOD SLEEP AND IF I WAKE UP AFTER MY REGULAR SEEP, IMMEDIATELY AFTER A HOUR OR SO I FEEL SLEEPY AGAIN. IN SHORT IT HAS IMPROVED MY SLEEPING HOURS. BUT IF YOU ARE TAKING DOCTORS PRESCRIBED MEDICINES FOR BP,. SUGAR OR HEADACHE I WILL SUGGEST NOT TO GO FOR THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BUT ALWAYS TAKE IN MODERATION. WHEN I TAKE THIS PRODUCT I REGULARLY CHECK MY BP AND I FIND THAT THERE IS WIDE FLUCTUATION. SRB

Okay for the price. I had gotten better quality last time I purchased from them. This was okay for the price. Could have been a little better in the flavor department.

The product is not as promised. Also this product has alot of small bees when you open the packet. Make sure you check first & then pay the amount. Really disappointed as did tried contacting the Company but they itself are not bothered about the product.
