Excellent ice machine at a lower cost than the aircraft website. It does need electric so I like it better than the one I had previously

We have had several of these machine before that were issued to us by the hospitals where we had surgery. We ordered this machine to be used on my husbands recent shoulder replacement. When we opened the box we realize this is not what we wanted. It looks as if you are supposed to use gravity to move the cold water up and down to circulate meaning you live the unit up & down to get the water to your injured area. In other words there is no power to circulate cold water. The former machine we had had power in the lid & there was a small motor in the lid that allowed the water to move around for hours with out touching having to refill. This machine would require the injured party to pump their good arm up & down countlessly to move the water???? Bad design....really not acceptable !

This was a great product. I used it after knee surgery when continuous ice was ordered. Very easy to use - even without help. My knee healed up very quickly

This was just the thing for post-surgical swelling and pain after a total knee replacement. The only drawback is that my wife was on a walker for 5 weeks and couldn't use this during the day while she was home alone because she couldn't carry it from the sink to the living room or bedroom with both hands on her walker. Other than that, it was a great purchase and we highly recommend it.

I got this for my knee .....it's more convenient than an ice-pak, however, the coldness doesn't last that long and I have to repeatedly keep recirculating cold water into the brace by flushing out the warm water and replacing with new cold water from the jug (gravity)......I probably wouldn't purchase again

This is an awesome thing to have. We had one of these for about 30years and it finally needed to be replaced. This is a must for anyone that needs to ice. Knee, ankle or shoulder etc.

It is not electric

Very misleading. The water doesn’t circulate. You can’t return it even if it’s not used.
